Default rooftop: L2 GI 14 SWG hot-dip galvanised, two 640–650 W plates per frame. New X10 / Tiger Neo 3.0 modules are longer and heavier than 550 W PERC. 16 SWG is cheaper and twists. CNC’s Rs 500–900/panel stands are a different (small) unit — do not average them with Comfort/Alpha complete kits.

Torque
Mid-clamp 12–15 N·m, end-clamp 20–25 N·m. Loose clamps are how modules walk in wind.
Karachi / Gwadar
Aluminium rails or extra HDG thickness. Bare GI near salt air rusts at the cut edges first.
